Phase I laid the foundation for Dynamo’s innovation journey by focusing on the feasibility of proposed concepts developed by seven selected suppliers. This stage involved regular interactions between the suppliers and the Dynamo team to ensure alignment with the procurers’ needs and expectations, setting the stage for further co-creation in the subsequent phases.
The phase concluded on 30 November 2024, with all seven suppliers submitting tenders to enter Phase II, which commenced on 15 January 2025. While Phase I was mainly characterised by conceptual work, the following Phase II will be dedicated to the development of functional solution prototypes. As the team was recognising the complexity of the challenge during Phase I, it is committed to maintaining closer contact with all participants during Phase II to enhance collaboration and ensure continued progress.
