Hywel Dda University Health Board plans and provides NHS healthcare services in West Wales through hospitals, community practices, and mental health facilities. The board also focuses on primary care and community health initiatives to promote overall well-being in the region.
In DYMANO project, AQuAS collaborate closely with CatSalut, the sole public insurance provider of the Catalan Health Service, which serves as the healthcare planning authority for the region. The Catalan Health System serves a population of 8.016.606 people and offers universal coverage, ensuring that all individuals and communities have access to health services. The system includes over 160 healthcare entities and more than 940 facilities, ranging from primary health care centers to hospitals and intermediate care centers.
