Regular forums for information exchange and feedback sessions should be implemented to ensure continuous improvement and refinement of dynamic pathways. Utilizing advanced technologies such as data analytics and interoperable health information systems can enhance real-time decision-making and resource allocation. Moreover, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration among different organizations ensures seamless coordination during times of crisis.
