Phase III of the DYNAMO project marks the transition from tested prototypes to pilot implementations under real-life conditions. During this phase, the systems are operated and evaluated across all procurers’ sites.
To achieve this, DYNAMO procurers have developed a range of crisis simulation scenarios in which essential health and social care services face pressure, such as during a pandemic, heatwave, cyberattack, or widespread power failure. Using historical real-world data, they assess how the DYNAMO solution can provide data-supported recommendations to help expert planners dynamically adapt service processes and resource allocation in response to evolving crisis conditions. The tool does not automate decisions; instead, it empowers planners with actionable insights, ensuring they retain full control over whether and how adaptations are implemented in practice.
